The outrigger table enables the user to process large, heavy work pieces. For the highest in precision and stability, three rollers guide the telescopic support arm.

The scale on the crosscut fence is beveled towards the operator, this is to aid in setting the crosscut-stop position accurately and prevent readout errors. The crosscut-stop ­position-indicator is ­perfectly integrated into the body of the stop.

The robust, double-sided, cast iron trunnion of the shaper spindle assembly provides for ­stability and superbly noise reduction.

30 mm (1¼”) for standard shaper tooling.

The shaper fence “220” accomodates tooling up to 220 mm (8 ½”) in diameter. The fence plates are anodized. The outfeed fence can be adjusted from –5 mm to +25 mm.

The Multi-fine adjustment system allows quick and precise adjustment of the shaper fence. This time saving feature reduces setup time and the number of test cuts that are required. The whole fence can also be removed and then returned to its exact position.

An optional high speed router spindle can be ordered in place of the standard 30 mm (1¼”) bore spindle. (must be ordered prior to machine production)

The highest accuracy is assured for standard ­shaping work and when using large cutters for tenoning with Hammer shapers.

Standard tasks on the shaper or the sanding machine are ­performed exactly and safely when using a power feeder. This is guaranteed by the constant feed speed and the exact guidance of the workpiece along the fences and machine table.
